It can also be configured to check for employee training on a document.


It can also be configured to check for employee training on a document without the requirement for training to be present.


It can also be configured to require employee training before opening a document.


It can also be configured to allow a supervisor overide to allow employee training.

Search Times

How fast are the searches?
Search speed can be affected by many things such as storage speed, number of active users at the same time and number of documents being searched as well as the other operations the server is doing. Below are some reference speeds.

Search time averages

Around 0.05 seconds for 25,000 documents.
Around 0.10 seconds for 50,000 documents.
Around 0.15 seconds for 100,000 documents.
Around 0.30 seconds for 200,000 documents.

Demo Server Data

Server 2022 in VM with AMD Opteron 4 cores at 2.3Ghz, 16GB ram and hard disk drives, RAID 10, 1Gb network.
There are a total of 8 VM's on this server that has 16 cores and 64GB ram in total.

Server Requirements

Windows Server 2019 or 2022, 2016 might work but has not been tested.
IIS (Internet Information Services).
Server Memory should be at least 16GB, more if the server is used for other operations.
Document files local, networked or mapped drives will not work.
Dot Net hosting bundle 8.x

Site Administration

Administration of the site is split into two areas, Administrator and Quality.
Registered users can have access to Administrator, Quality or both.


Administrator with quality access in the Nav settings and on screen help open.


Administrator editing a theme with theme test and help open.


Quality editing Main Groups.


Administrator only access editing Desktop Configuration.

Most every item can be customized in some way to make it fit how you want Documents to look and work.

License Cost:

$125 USD/monthly ($1500 a year) or $1200 USD/yearly + any taxes/fee in your country/state.
